The final for Hansel and Gretel in Victorian/Steampunk era!

My technique started with watercolor and ink on illustration board. I then scanned it in and used color overlays and other nifty little photoshop magic to add color to create the final image!
This piece doubled as a piece that I could enter into a gallery show that CCAD's Illustration Student Collective was holding (their first ever!) based on the concept 'sweet'. It will be hanging up at a local Columbus frozen yogurt joint called 39 Below the month of November!
I made sure ahead of time that it was considered 'PG' enough to not totally freak everyone out...but now everyone might be avoiding the pumpkin flavor frozen yogurt my piece is positioned above...
But I'm in a gallery show, and I'm excited :)
